Could not possibly be happier with my experience. I had admittedly been putting off replacing my car's battery and of course it died when it was 16° and snowing! It was too dead to jump from my friend's car, so I took a chance and called the first google result for mobile battery replacement. The dispatcher got a truck out to me in less than 15 minutes, and the technicians were so kind and professional and took care of everything. They were not pushy at all, not trying to make a sale or upcharge me, just made sure I got what I needed. The battery cost roughly what I would have paid at AutoZone, and while I normally balk at paying for anything I can do myself, the service fee was well worth the convenience and not having to fumble around in the freezing cold and snow. I very much hope I never need to call for assistance again, but if I did I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call Rapid Roadside.

EXCELLENT service! Quick, professional, affordable. Couldn't believe how quickly they responded, removed the flat tire, got a new one and installed it. Thought it would take hours, but no more than an hour from calling to done. Josh did a great job with the tire work. Highly recommend these guys!

Had a leaky tire that I needed to have taken care of while working from home. Rapid Roadside showed up in an hour, was professional and quick, identified the issue and patched and refilled the tire perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

Called and the gentleman over the phone was great! I was honest and told him that I didnt have the full payment to get my tire off, but he was willing to work with me. Assured me that someone was going to be at my location within 30 minutes. A text message was sent letting me know that there was a road closure and they would get to me ASAP. The driver was amazing and got my spare on my car in about 10 minutes. Highly recommended! Thank You again!
