Took my car there because the motor spun the main bearing on the way home from getting my wrap completed. The motor was on backorder by Kia so no telling when it was going to make it in. Aaron the manager was constantly communicating throughout the process. I actually sourced a motor myself and was going to get it delivered but got the call from Aaron at 10am that the motor was in. Got my car on the lift that day and got to work. They also found the source of a clunking noise and fixed that on the fly as well as finding my driver's side cv axle about to go. Aaron wouldn't let me just take his word for it, told me to swing by so he could show me what was going on. All in all sway bar links were tightened, cv axle was replaced and new motor was in within 3 days just because they had to wait for the axle to be delivered. Great communication, car is running strong and good quality work. I don't trust a lot of shops but they have definitely earned my business in the future.
