Stay away from this company. Guy Never showed up, my drivers waited on the side of the side of the interstate for 6 hours in freezing temps. Ray just kept saying I’ll be there in 5 minutes, I’ll be there soon. Never told us he couldn’t make it or I can’t help you today. He just kept us thinking that he was coming. That is not good business. When I finally figured out he was just ignoring us I called someone else. No humanity, no compassion.

Ray Lee is truly a professional technician! He replaced my Freightliner air compressor in 25 to 30 degree weather in blowing wind. Quality of his work and ethics is excellent! I was stranded on a Friday evening on the side of I 695 N Baltimore bypass. Ray shows up and asks me if Iam ok. He got all the parts he needed Saturday morning and by sunset my truck was up and good to go again. The cost was very reasonable and worth probably more! Thank you Ray ! You're awesome !

Ray is simply the best. He went out of his way on a holiday weekend to make sure our vehicle was back up and running. Did it all while communicating with me about everything that was going on.
