This past Saturday my mother needed emergency surgery, unfortunately that was also the day my car had an issue caused by another shop. I had the car towed there and without transportation relied on friends to get to my mother's hospital. To say the least I needed my car back ASAP. Monday as soon as they opened I called and explained my situation. Within the day they had the problem fixed and the car was ready to go, I cannot tell you how grateful I am to them as my mom is home now and recovering and needs medications and groceries etc which I can get for her now. This past weekend was extremely stressful for my mom and I and Mike and his employees helped to relieve some of that stress with great updates throughout the day on my car's progress, attentive customer service and actually caring. I would not hesitate to recommend them to ANYONE who needs ANYTHING done to their car.

Can second what other reviews are saying about the service. Answering system sucks. And when I finally got it to work, I could literally hear them pick up the phone and send it to voice mail. Just says lazy to me. Even if you’re busy you can find the time and energy to pick up the phone.

I used Redds Automotive for years. However last two years service and repairs always much higher then the original estimates and noticed mistakes and questioned services done to my cars. Now that Ed has retired things have changed and not for the better. I was quoted literally double what the dealership would charge for a 24000 mile service. Like most things in life change will happen good and bad.

Edit, they do amazing work. However, ever since Ed retired. It is hard to get an appointment. The person who answers the phone is less than polite. I've been using Redd's ever since my old truck decided to give up the ghost. They are solid, dependable, and most importantly honest.

On the first day of a cross-country move, we hit some road debris that caused considerable enough damage to make us think we'd have to delay the rest of our trip. We managed to get our car to Redd's about half an hour before they closed. They took the time to confirm that none of the damage was critical, provided a quick fix to hold us over until we arrived to our destination, and most reassuringly, they were incredibly professional and friendly throughout. I can only assume this professionalism carries over to planned maintenance as well and highly recommend them!
