Chris and Landon are top tier. My c6 z06's ls7 blew up, and this was my first experience getting an engine swap done. I initially called next gen performance, and when I was speaking with the shop owner he came across unwelcoming when I was asking him various questions since this was all new to me. It felt like as if I was bothering him. So I didn't feel comfortable giving someone like him my car to work on, knowing I would be spending a lot of money on such a repair. I then called Redline Performance, which is the shop next door, and Chris, the shop owner, answered the phone and it was a completely different experience. Chris came across as someone who is very positive, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Any questions I had, which were a lot, Chris had an answer for! Both Chris and Landon come off as walking encyclopedias. I would ask them a random question, and they both would be able to give me a super detailed answer to whatever the question was. There was never a moment where they had a hard time explaining something, which shows how fundamentaly well they know what they are doing with these cars. I never felt slighted, and I felt like Chris gave me a fair shake in this engine swap build. I opted for a crate LS3, with a stage 2 cam/ headers/x pipe/ tune. (Plus all of the auxiliary parts for the cam install.) The parts took a while to ship, but once everything was there to begin the engine swap, Chris and Landon knocked it out just shy of two weeks. I had two VERY minor post engine swap issues, but when I brought it up to them, they told me to come in as soon as I wanted, and they took care of both issues quickly and with a positive demeanor! I can't overstate enough how great it was to have Chris and Landon work on my car. Great guys, great shop, and I feel confident with my car now moving forward. These guys are awesome!

After speaking with Chris about what was involved with an alternator swap, he gave me options and helped find one more budget friendly that worked. Communication is also excellent. These guys know the platform and know what to offer so I'm not jumping around shops. I'll definitely be back if I need more work done to my G8.

In these times it's difficult to find a mechanic/shop you can trust but with Redline Performance, transparency and honesty is top tier. If you need an a shop that specializes in LS/Chey vehicles (as well as many other makes and models), I can recommend this shop enough. I had catastrophic engine damage in my Pontic G8 and basically towed him an empty shell, sent him a new motor and a slew of parts for a camshaft swap. Without hesitation, he accepted the job (most shops would send you away) and as soon as he had space in the shop, my engine, performance parts and transmission were swapped in and tuned within a week. Chris and his mechanic Landon did an exceptional job. Every torqued bolt was even marked with a paint pen (also very rare and something only people who take pride in their work will take time to do). To be expected as everyone's driving styles are different, I wanted a few revisions to the tune and Chris had me back within 5 business days to meet with the tuner to make a few changes. I have owned my G8 for 13 years now; I drive it every single day which was getting old but with the work done by Redline, I am have fallen completely in love with it again. Great services for regular Vehicle maintenance and performance Chris is the only shop that will fix your car right the first time specializes in all car but is a master Chevy Mechanic.....supplies are always stocked....
