Very unprofessional, no schedule or options for appointments except Sundays and charge you 100 for coming in but will not work with customers. Only response is first come first serve. One of the mechanics slamming doors like he's upset he has to do HIS JOB THAT HE APPLIED FOR!! the manager lacks communication skills and not really customer focused. With the exception of the guy in the front (locs) everyone else we encountered was trash very disgusted! *Edited Review* Yes, the mechanic was accommodating after being told he was tired initially and did DID GREAT WORK! For the sake of the mechanic I will say he is worth coming back. After the miscommunication things did pan out for the better. I agree in that aspect but it was never said the 100 would be included in the over price which make sense. I am grown enough to say it may have been a chaotic day and they are worth giving another chance. The initial communication from the owner was not great but again everyone and company have bad days ill take it as that. Thanks for servicing the despite it all.

I had an amazing experience at the custom exhaust shop! I found them through social media and was really impressed by their transparency and the quality of their work. Even though they were a bit of a drive away from me, it was totally worth it. They got me in right away without an appointment, and the whole process took only about an hour and a half. The shop is super clean and modern, and the owner kept me in the loop the entire time to make sure everything was just how I wanted. The final result looks and sounds fantastic. Highly recommend this place!
The Bos and Big Pops Do Hops
Got both my Golf R done here and love the work. This shop is all about the customers and what they want. I would recommend this shop to anyone. The workers are all high quality workers.
