Rehaks has always given my family amazing service. My parents have taken their cars to rehaks for years, and now that I have my own car I'm doing the same! They are honest about what needs to be done, professional, and kind. 100% recommend!

I took my car to a nearby chain and they said I needed new struts, and it would cost over $1,200. I was suspicious, so I took my car here for a second opinion. Cathy told me there was nothing wrong with the struts. The real issue was the sway bar, and it cost much less to fix. Cathy could have taken me for a lot of money, but she chose to be honest. She was even very upset at the chain mechanic for their deception. Because of the fine treatment and quality work at a fair price, I will be going here first for all my repair and maintenance needs!

For everyone's future reference, this garage does not service all makes of cars. They do not service Volkswagen, so if you need that make of car serviced, the front desk person recommended Desmond's Auto Service in Parkville, MD when I called regarding my Jetta that was towed there.

Lutherville Car Care has been my family's go-to for auto service for as long as I can remember. I really can't stress how great they are. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and do stellar work in a timely fashion at an affordable price. A recent story sums it all up for me: I was quoted for brake replacement, and was comfortable with the price. I gave the OK to start work. Cathy called me back a few hours later to let me know that she had made a mistake with the estimate, and accidentally quoted me $100 over the true price. She apologized and gave me the new total. I don't think there are many auto shops that would have the integrity to do that. You just can't beat family owned !

Went to this shop on a recommendation in a neighborhood computer network. I thought I needed a transmission fluid change and possibly a brake fluid change. I dropped the car off saying what needed to be done. Later that day Kathy called to tell me that the fluids were fine and did not need to be changed. They also checked out the entire front end and said the car was in excellent condition even though it had 115,000 miles on the odometer. Their honesty earned my business on three family cars. The repair work has been excellent and reasonably priced.
