Don’t even bother. I gave them three chances to fix a wheel speed sensor, still not fixed and they charged me outrageously to not even fix it. Incompetent mechanics clearly. Don’t waste your time or money. When I got it back, now it has even more issues.

Ripped off my elderly relative on his truck trade in... The car has been a nonstop hassle for him causing unnecessary stress. This car belongs back in the junkyard where it came from. Tell me reliable auto how does a vehicle pass MD state inspection when the key literally gets stuck in the ignition and has a failing transmission that cannot maintain highway speeds? That is extremely unsafe! The falsified safety inspection for the SUV has been reported to the Maryland State Police Automotive Safety Enforcement Division as well as to the MVA office of investigations. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

My truck went in running for a simple tune up, got a call, hey ,your truck won't start, 3,000.00 later they held my truck hostage until i paid for all the crap they done to my truck unauthorized. Dude Shawn walks around the shop in his underwear when I went to get my truck

I had some truck issues that turned into a bigger deal than I thought when i was passing through the area. Everywhere else told me id have to wait a week but reliable squeezed me in the day i called because they knew i was traveling and did the work fast for a good price and also did it right. I would definitely return if i lived around here.
