My son was visiting Washington College for a tour when the alternator in his car failed. He was able to get it to Rell's who completed the repair quickly and at a fair price. Super nice, honest people. Great experience.

Would Not Recommend for Diagnostics or Repairs. I brought my wife's vehicle in for two issues: an alternator replacement and the diagnosis of a persistent squealing noise, which I suspected was a wheel bearing. The alternator replacement was completed. However, the diagnostic service was highly unsatisfactory. I was told by the staff that the vehicle had been driven a "long distance" during a test drive and that they could not replicate the squealing noise. Minutes after picking up the car and driving away, the squealing noise immediately returned, indicating the diagnostic issue was completely unresolved. More critically, upon reviewing the vehicle, I noted that neither the odometer mileage nor the fuel gauge had changed from when I dropped the car off, contradicting their claim that the car had been test-driven a "long distance." This suggests that the crucial diagnostic test drive was either never performed or was so minimal that it was useless, undermining the credibility their work. For lack of transparency and an incomplete repair, I cannot recommend this shop.

awesome experience! I manage a new car dealership out of state. We had a driver picking up a new car have an issue over an hour away from us. I was connected with Rell's and after a brief conversation we had a game plan. In less than an hour they were connected with my driver and made sure he was ok. RelI's driver went out of his way to help get the car hooked up.(it's electric). I even received a text from the truck driver letting me know that if I had trouble finding my driver and the car( I was driving there to help) he would help me out. Incredible experience during a stressful situation. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Thank you again!
