Came in to get basic maintenance (B123). I made an appointment for 7:30am on a weekday and arrived to someone at the desk. Dropping off the car took about 10 min (I asked him what was to be done on the car) and he said that it'd be done before noon. As he estimated, he called before noon. When I came to pick up the car, it didn't take long. The prices for the work was great and I appreciated the receipt being transparent and splitting the cost of the materials and labor.

Had an issue with no start on my Chrysler van took it in to have it checked out found it was a bad relay in the TIPM Mike Ricasa went overboard finding a part to repair the issue and at a very reasonable part and labor cost was repaired. He personally went and picked up the part to get my van back to me in a day Great customer service and reasonable pricing can't beat that in today's market if you want it fixed fast and reasonable Ricasa automotive is the place to go....

Great Place for having any maintenance done or repairs. The service has always been top tier and the owner is fantastic. I will always keep coming back whenever I need any vehicle work! I wouldn’t use the dealership or any competitor, they truly do “Knock the competitors out!”

Very great service from this shop, I moved from out of state and Rodney set up my appointment for Michael to take care of all of the repairs. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of as well to make sure I'd pass inspection. Will definitely be recommending others in the future if the opportunity arises.
