I’ve gotten many different repairs from Rich and they all have been amazing, oil changes, starter, breaks, etc. he gets it done quickly and is always honest with me and is just a good man overall with his business. I definitely recommend.

Terrible Experience – Dishonest and Disrespectful I had an awful experience at Rich’s Auto and would never recommend this shop to anyone. I was charged $1,000 for repairs that were either not done at all or done incorrectly. When I got my car back, the check engine light was still on and some lights were out—despite the receipt claiming these issues were fixed. The owner was incredibly rude and refused to speak to me directly because I’m a woman. He only addressed the man who was with me, which was both insulting and unprofessional. It’s clear that this shop targets women and older customers to take advantage of them, assuming they won’t question the work or the charges. To make matters worse, I was billed for unnecessary repairs—like replacing a bolt that wasn’t even broken. And when I brought up that my car was still having issues, he accused me of breaking it after I picked it up. This place is dishonest, overpriced, and unsafe—especially for women and elderly customers. Avoid it at all costs.
