I have a 6.7L Ram truck and I am pretty new to owning a diesel truck. When the first cold weather came this year the RAM would not start and had a confusing set of symptoms (to me). Rich knew exactly what was needed and did cost effective repairs with superior parts. He also worked with me to set up a better maintenance plan. If you love your vehicle and want to take the best care of it Rich is the man!

I brought my 2016 F350 Powerstroke (85,000 miles) to Rich in July throwing a code pointing to exhaust/DPF/DEF reductant issues. This just prior to a planed 6 week bucket list trip to the Rockies. He jumped right on it and diagnosed it to a faulty DPF/exhaust system. He replaced the exhaust system and performed a number of maintenance items in preparation for the trip. He took extra care to insure all the new components were broken-in and ready to haul 10K lb trailer to the West and through the mountains. It cost a bit, but was less than a dealer quote we got. This was a pretty significant job involving a myriad of components and sensors... We had NO (zero - none!) issues with the engine and drive train on our trip our West - almost 8000 miles! Much of it at over 7500' elevation and as high as 10,000' MSL through the continental Divide. The engine performed flawlessly. Rich was friendly and explained all he was doing - and now in retrospect I understand a whole lot more about care and feeding of these diesel engines. Thanks Rich!

Rich's Diesel Performance took my concerns about my truck's overheating engine and drivetrain seriously and offered a multi-pronged approach to address the issue. After following his advice, I have not had any overheating issues even while towing in the mountains. When I had a brake problem with the truck on the road, Rich spent time with me on the phone to diagnose the problem, and then called me back to talk me through the repair. I've spent several years looking for a diesel shop of this caliber and I highly recommend Rich's Diesel Performance.
