Today was my very first experience with "Ricks Auto Clinic", but it will not be my last. After years of getting sub-par service at another business, I saw on FB someone recommended Ricks. Then about 75-100 more people chimed in about how wonderful they are. They were 110% correct! To me this business reminds me of the "good ole days" when you had great service and the owners really cared about you! I am SO excited to have found this business. Fair price and excellent service. River the "office manager" (aka sweet dog) was a doll baby too! Thank you Debby and Rick for making me feel completely at ease with all you knowledge about cars! I will be back!!!

I relocated down here from NJ and have taken my car to 2 places prior to finding Rick's. I hated driving to Salisbury and I wanted something closer to home.. Rick and his wife Debbie have always gone above and beyond for me. As far as giving me a ride home even and picking me back up when my car was done. I will never go to another mechanic unless Rick tells me I have to. I love supporting local small businesses and this is definitely one to support! They love all their customers and treat them the same way they would their family.

Highly recommend Rick's for your automotive repair needs. The price i paid was actually cheaper than the quote I was given. Had both lower ball joints replaced within 2 hours. He only uses name brand replacement parts on his repairs, which is a plus to me. Rick even showed me other problems I had and I was able to get a appointment for the next week to get theses issues fixed. Great place and I really liked they're dog, really friendly. Would recommend Rick's to anyone.

This place was a lifesaver. We had left Ocean City when my engine light came on. We pulled into a gas station and were able to get in touch with Rick’s Auto Clinic. They gave me a number for a tow truck. The serpentine belt had torn. Luckily they were able to get me in quickly and replaced my belt. Couldn’t have gone any smoother. I feel so lucky to have met Rick and Debbie. They are down to earth people with great customer service. So grateful they were able to get us back on the road to Pennsylvania. P.S. Their dog is a sweetie. :)

Awesome people! I needed air in my tires in a spare of the moment situation on my boat trailer. And they were kind enough to stay late and help me out when I told them I was from out of town. Beautiful shop and great people. I'd recommend to anyone in that area!
