I liked it because of its convenient location and affordable price.

DO NOT!! Go get your vehicle worked on or inspected here. The garage mechanic/manger (same person) is liar, a cheat, and does half ass work. He lied on my inspection paper work and I will be filing a formal report with the Maryland state police. I would not recommend or trust this garage ever again. Do your research and read reviews I cannot reiterate this enough!

There’s a new shop manager now and he was just amazing! This was such a great experience. Both the mechanic and the service shop manager were very polite and professional when explaining to me what was going on with my car. They didn’t try to sell me in more than what my car actually needed and I felt the prices were much more fair compared to what I’ve paid at other shops for the breaks and other things needed for my car. I felt they were honest with me and my car runs perfectly now. I’d recommend this shop 10 times over to anyone who doesn’t want to get taken advantage of like most car shops do.

I have frequent in this location since it was a one seat booth back in the 80s. Normally a very nice facility until then past few years. Today I could no longer continue to avoid a review of the declining customer service. I watched a gentleman walk up to the counter and say hello in a polite tone. The woman behind the counter glared at him, scowled and was just rude, especially considering there were other customers in the store. When he said “you always ignore me why can’t we be amicable at least here?”, I witnessed the most unmanager like behavior. She said she could be as rude as she wanted to any customer. The customer apparently knew her, because he said “if we’re going to play that game” and he responded in kind with a few verbal blows of his own. After this back-and-forth, the customer requested to speak with the manager. He was right! This was unacceptable behavior. The person behind the counter was very happy to state that they were the manager. The customer then requested the owner, because obviously this needed somebody with more authority. Beside her was a man who did not identify himself besides raising his hand when the customer asked for a manager other than to just wave him out. I use to regularly stop in at this station; good prices, (formerly) friendly service and ease of access, but I have been stopping less and less As this is Justin combination of what feels like in general bad attitudes. I don’t mind paying more for a friendly smile even if it has to be faked. In customer service and that’s just how it works

The staff inside harassed me for having my trained medical alert service dog with me. They refused to serve me and said their rules were no service dogs because the have food. I explained the ADA federal law contradicting them and explained that she was not a pet. They spoke down to me, refused to serve me, and even encouraged a customer who started up arguing that “I didn’t look like” I had a disability. Funny that as a doctor, I’ve worked on patients in critical care units across the country, and eaten in fine dining from coast to coast - all with my perfectly trained service dog to aid me...but I’m harassed and refused service by gas station attendants.
