I brought my 2012 Honda Odyssey to Ridgley Auto Care Center for an alternator and timing belt replacement, along with the water pump and serpentine belt. The entire experience was excellent. The service was professional, the team was courteous and clearly skilled, and the pricing was very reasonable—better than several other quotes I received. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can really trust, but Ridgley Auto Care Center has definitely earned mine. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality automotive service.

I can’t recommend this place enough! I always feel completely secure bringing my car here, knowing I’m getting honest advice and fair pricing. One time, I was worried about a squeaking noise from my brakes and brought my car in just to be safe. They took it for a test drive, checked everything thoroughly, and let me know that my brakes were totally fine and had over a year of life left. They could have easily told me I needed new ones (like so many other shops might have), but instead they were upfront and honest—which really says a lot about their integrity. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but I genuinely believe this shop is reputable and has their customers’ best interests in mind. I won’t take my car anywhere else!

I've been taking my Accord to Ridgely Auto for a few years now. I'm glad it was recommended to me by a coworker! Their prices are reasonable/fair, and their work is honest. Trust is important in any line of work. I would recommend them to anyone I know who is having a car issue!

I’ve wanted, to see if I can simply come in to get a bulb fix and perhaps a tune up, just basically look over the car In general. Some places require an appointment etc. just to avoid wasting time waiting etc. They won’t even answer the phone. So, I’m not sure about these folk. Who knows. Some say avoid the “big companies”, but at least they have folks who answer the phone.
