After a exhausting search, i located the part i needed, a 5 spd manual transmission for my 96 f250 (ZF S5 47) and Ripples is the place that has it! Talking on the phone with an employee there we verified the part was available and the correct one,which it was. I then told the salesman i would like to buy it and asked how the payment and shipping process worked informing him i was in oklahoma. He began to stutter and saidbhe would check with his boss about shipping. When he returned to the phone i was told they couldnt ship it to me that they were going to keep the transmission for their local customers. I told them i would pay for shipping and even offered more than asking price. The man became very rude and short with me as i asked for explination why they would not ship to oklahoma when they advertise shipping and there are several reviews stating they shipped to texas, and they received their parts they ship all over country but wouldnt ship to me in oklahoma. Why advertise a part on car-part.com if you wont sell it to someone outside their city? I was excited to have found exactly what i needed only to be taunted and told i couldnt have it, very disapointed. Would have given 5 stars if they woulda sold me what they had advertised for sale. 2 stars because they had what not many others do.

We had a great experience working with Zac at Ripple's to get rear seat brackets for a passenger van that had been discontinued by Ford. He verified they had the parts we needed, called me back promptly, sent a picture of the parts and set up shipment straight to my door. The platform they use for credit card payments was also super easy to use via text on my phone. My husband appreciated the extra time they took to label the brackets too (see photo).
