I’ve been going to Rising Sun for three-4 years. I always tell them I need new brakes and they always say my brakes are fine. They couldn’t very well said I need new brakes and I would’ve paid it. This past week I felt something funny with my break so I brought it in knowing I needed brakes all around a gentleman comes out after they check my car in 20 minutes and tell me I just need rear brakes.. I questioned him are you sure I don’t need front brakes and he said no he said your front brakes are fine. You don’t know when you need them. You’ll feel something again. He could’ve very well. Said I needed front and rear brakes and I would’ve paid this company is extremely honest and the customer service is wonderful. I would highly recommend this company.

Plow truck rear caliper failed. Rising Sun was very help-full in getting it in quickly. Diagnosed properly. Gave a proper recommendation for repairs. Did not attempt to pad the bill or recommend to much. I asked them to back it up to something if left outside (salt box on rear). Drove by at night and they backed it up against bushes as i asked. Price reasonable for work needed. Thank you much to Rising Sun for getting this done for us!

I needed a whole new air conditioning unit for my 10+ year old car and received phenomenal service from service manager, Jordan and Rising Sun manager, Elliott. Jordan, was professional, knowledgeable, and provided me with full details & pricing for OEM parts quickly and efficiently. He was awesome! The manager, Elliott, was excellent! He explained, in detail, the task at hand, was involved in replacing my A/C unit, and went the extra mile for me on the total service. My A/C works perfectly. I highly recommend Rising Sun Motors.

Absolutely awesome place. I was out of town car broke down and needed to get home. Even on a Saturday when they were backed up they prioritized my vehicle so that we could get home safely. Really great experience at this shop. Had a newly-purchased car with vibrations at highway speeds; the team diagnosed and corrected the problem promptly, and also completed the state inspection, including sourcing a missing part, all within a few days. They were friendly, professional, and honest, which was a big reassurance after our rather harrowing purchase experience with the car. We'll be back for future work!
