I used to love this company. Now, like every other company, they have outsourced their call center. Forget about assistance if you are open on weekends before or after their hours of operation. No more active call center pushing you to do everything but submitting tickets online and hoping they get back to you.

I have been using RO Writer for close to ten years now and although it has its quirks at times, I know if I have any issue that it can be resolved quickly- if not by Tier One support, then by Miss Holly herself. When we had a total system failure, she spent the better part of six hours helping sort it out to have us back up and running as quickly as possible. She is the absolute BEST! As for the software, most updates have been useful to us and any bugs found are resolved quickly for better operation.
