Rob and his team will get your car straight, plain and simple. They offer everything here and conduct the most intensive state inspections on this side of the bridge, which is good if you bought a used car because then you'll find out everything wrong with it that the salesman didn't tell you. Put it you this way, I had one place tell me an alignment would fix an issue with my tires. A week later while driving the spindle broke and the tire flew off the car completely. Not even a few days later I had a new spindle, rotor, and shoe and I was able to take my dog out that same week and they were very busy that week, good job Rob!

Tow truck dropped my car off there because starter failed. I didn't get a call before they started work they just automatically charge an inspection fee which is around $100. Rob said this is standard protocol even when a customer knows what's wrong with their car because obviously there will be people that don't know what IS wrong with their car. Either way I should have been informed that this STANDARD charge was going to be applied... when I initially called to check on my car Rob was too busy to get back to me which is understandable NBD but then when he did get time he called my wife instead of me... even though I left my number with the receptionist. My wife doesn't know what a starter should cost to install but I do so she was okay with it. When I express my concern about the price he said we can take it off the lift right now and tow it back to your house and you can do I thought that was uncalled for him definitely not professional.. long story short I was able to meet him in the middle somewhere for $413 which is on the high end for 2012 Dodge Charger starter install. That's why I gave him three stars cuz there was negotiation I never needed the inspection just wanted a starter installed I don't know if he always tries to talk to the wives to make more money on his jobs but I will not go back. Any place that wants to keep their HONEST reputation needs to have upfront pricing or better yet have a sign on the front of the place that says $100 inspection before any job is done that would be more honest

Mr. Rob has always done a good job for me. I remember when my brake line blew right next to his business at the Queenstown bank. I called him up and let him know what happened and he made sure he fit me in. And One of his mechanics whose name is Buddy fixed me right up. He also worked on my 2019 Ford f150 and service. The transmission which I know would be a pain in the butt but buddy got it done. They stand behind their work which is hard to find anymore these days. Mr. Rob is a pleasant person to talk to. Very respectful and we'll answer any question you have. I would recommend Rob's shop to anybody who needs automotive work. I can't say enough of good things about them. Whoever posts negative stuff about them. Well I don't know what to tell them. They've always been great to me and help me when I needed it. Good people at Rob's shop are very hard to find anymore these days. They stand behind everything they do. Thank you Rob and thank you buddy! Semper Fi
