I am proud to associate myself with Roda Auto; I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe car on 03/03/2026 in with some issues on brakes, they perfectly diagnosed the problem and explained everything perfectly well, gave me a very good discounted price as a first time customer. The works were done timely same day and later they drove and dropped home my car , it runs very well now. Itโ€™s awesome that they treated me with great care like a โ€œKingโ€ just like they did for my car repairs; you can trust and count on them for what you need them to do. I cannot wait to convey my compliments to Michael, Gabriel; the guy who dropped my car home in Silver Spring and the rest of you behind the scene. Any of my friends who knows me, trust me RODA is your dream Auto repair home for your car; never dare to go elsewhere!! Totally I recommend this to whoever is reading my review. My car was picked up at 12:30 PM in DC for an Express Detail and undercarriage wash. It was not returned until around 8:00 PM. That is 7.5 hours for an โ€œexpressโ€ service. I received no proactive updates. Every status required me chasing them through chat. I was told multiple times it would be ready โ€œwithin minutes,โ€ then told it would arrive by 7:00 PM โ€” while my GPS showed it still sitting in their Rockville lot. At 7:35 PM, my Volvo app showed the engine turned on, yet both my GPS and their own tracking link still showed the vehicle stationary in their parking lot. The car also showed as unlocked (including the trunk) while sitting there. When I called the โ€œvaletโ€ number provided, the automated message warned: โ€œThe number you are calling is likely a scam. We recommend you hang up now.โ€ That is not something you want to hear when your car is in someone elseโ€™s possession. Their main listed phone number hung up on me. No inspection videos were provided despite advertising that process. I was left stranded at work for hours past normal with no clear timeline and no reliable communication. This company has polished marketing, but the execution and transparency do not match the image they present. I would think VERY carefully before trusting them with your vehicle. EDIT: attaching some photos of theirโ€œdetailingโ€œ quality. The worst part is the crap thatโ€™s on the inside of my windshield, see the video. While driving home I realized they (1) moved my steering wheel column which has never happened at any service (2) had turned the passenger side heated seat on (3) had set the climate control to maximum heat. I think I need to take my car to the dealer tomorrow to make sure RODA did not cause damage.

I saw a Facebook advertisement offering a discounted oil change and decided to give it a try. I scheduled an appointment and brought in my 2017 Chevrolet Volt. One of the drivers kindly took me home, and about an hour later I received a call that my car was ready. They even sent a driver to pick me up. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find my car spotless inside and out after a full car wash, in addition to the oil service. The level of customer care truly exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Deiun and Yohannis for their professionalism and excellent service. Highly recommended!

had a great experience overall. The team was very responsive, communicated clearly, and provided solid documentation explaining the issues and repairs. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, and the main problem appears to be fully resolved. Iโ€™d rate the experience an 8/10 and would be very likely to recommend them. The only limitation is that they donโ€™t handle body work or have a partner they refer out toโ€”having that kind of partnership would really take the service to the next level given how convenient the rest of the process is. That said, professionalism, responsiveness, and ease of service were excellent.

I wanted to love Roda for the convenience, but after two identical issues, I can no longer recommend them. In June 2025, my car stalled immediately after an oil change. They took it back and fixed it but couldn't explain why it happened. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I returned recently for another oil change. Again, the car stalled shortly after service. Because they are closed on weekends, I was stranded and stressed until Monday. A different mechanic inspected the car and found the positive battery terminal was completely loose, likely left that way after Rodaโ€™s "complimentary" battery test. When I called Roda to explain why I needed to cancel my follow-up (since the fix was so simple), the staff was dismissive. To make matters worse, they charged me a $50 late cancellation fee for an appointment that only existed because of their own oversight. It is disappointing to be charged for their mistake. I am currently waiting for a resolution and will update this review based on their response.
