This guy has no interest in fixing your cars problem. He will charge you diagnostic time and not even address your issue and then want more money to address your cars issue.

I got an oil change for my P2 Volvo V70, and the ship was courteous and quick. They did the work correctly, installing an OEM filter, crush washer and full synthetic oil. They even did a safety inspection and showed me some rotor wear I hadn't noticed before. Very satisfied.

I was very unhappy with their service. I was trying to use this auto shop to avoid going to the BMW service centers although BMW service centers are supposed to be the best to fix the problem of my car. They are just far away and also cost more money for sure. Unfortunately, I eventually had to go to the dealer to fix the problem (ended up wasting more time/money :( ). Rosemont motors should have let me know from the beginning if they were not able to fix the problem instead of having started/stopped the work and made me go to the BMW dealer. Of course, they still charged me whatever they did. Now I got a car back from BMW service center after being repaired. They even offered me Ubers from Fairfax, VA to Frederick, MD back and forth. Even if it costed more money, I feel like I was treated very nicely as a customer which was very different from the experience at Rosemont motors.

Took my BMW there to have valve gasket replaced and tire pressure monitor replaced. Work actually consisted of replacing the valve cover gasket and oil drain pan and gasket as well as replacing both rear tires. They showed me both rear tires and why they needed to be replaced (steel belt showing on inside rim/sidewall). They did all the work and kept me updated on progress daily. Yes, a multi day job. They forgot to replace the tire pressure monitor. I had to make another appointment and also did an alignment job due to replacing both back tires and because both rear tires indicated uneven toe in wear.
