Ben, Mike, and Elizabeth are all amazing to work with! Very proactive, custom-service oriented, and are effective problem solvers. Avoid Danny Clavijo at all costs. He's ineffective and provides minimal and lackluster customer service that leaves much to be desired.

Don’t bring your Acura in to this location for service. Extremely frustrated and can’t even get a call back from my service advisor or the service manager. Dropped my car off Monday morning at 9:30am for service. No updates the entire day. Had to call them at 4:45pm asking if my car was ready. Was advised they had to order a part and it would be in next day. Understandable. But why not call the entire day. Get a call after 2:30pm next day that I missed and Devin the service advisor leaves voicemail explaining they broke my actuator and need to order the part and it won’t be in until Friday. Tried to call back 30 mins later and speak with Devin but as usual he wasn’t available and was with other clients. Asked to speak to the service manager which the receptionist explained also wasn’t available but would transfer me to his voicemail. Now 5:06pm. No call back from Devin or the service manager. Update 7/28/22. Finally picked up my car today on Thursday 7/28/22 after dropping it off 7/18/22 for B16 service and to have two puddle lights replaced. Ended up having passenger side mirror actuator broken and replaced then my drivers side assembly broken and replaced and my drivers interior door panel replace because and I quote “bolt for the interior door panel would not un-screw. Had to break off door panel to get door panel off to remove bolt”. Pick up car and have scratches on the supposed new interior door panel and blood on my car. Reported to Acura corporate and hoping for some resolution. Don’t take your car to this place. No care taken. Feel like I took it to a chop shop. Will never let them touch my vehicle ever again!
