Took my husbands 2002 Dodge Ram truck (first love) to get the engine replaced. They did an excellent job. He say's it's purring like a kitten again! The price was reasonable and everyone was super friendly and informative. We will definitely use their services again if needed. Thank you

Brought my car there for the front end alignment they advised me that I didn’t need a front alignment that my brakes on my friend were no good that had been replaced. They also were able to get my tire sensor off. also took care of everything, Nikki at the front desk was very pleasant. I recommend that if you need work, I would go there.

I had a good experience with getting my jeep repaired. This was the third auto repair place i went to and this guy figured out the problem with my engine light coming on. So grateful that I found this place.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Triple A towed my car to this shop after breaking down on the way home from a funeral. I had to pay 500$ for a battery replacement, which I later found out is highway robbery. My car broke down AGAIN because it was not the battery, it was my alternator. My car wasn't diagnosed properly, so I broke down again while traveling alone with my 7 year old and 6 month old baby. 0 stars if I could. You all should be ashamed.

The car I took to them to "fix" almost got my mom and nephew killed. My moms car wouldnt start on Monday July 12th, after some effort i got it to turn over. I drove it to Roy's and had them check what the problem was. After finding out what they needed to fix jordan quoted me $2062. Ok. I knew it needed a tune up, so I asked him to do that while he did the other work. Turns out that tune up was an additional $1800. He didn't even consider giving me a courtesy call to let me know this huge extra expense for the extra parts. I didn't appreciate being that shocked when he told me the final cost. When I take my mom to go to pick up the car and pay the bill, another shop worker drove the car out front for us. After she buckled my nephew in his car seat she get in to drive off. She get about 600 feet from the building and knows something is not right with the way it is driving. She does a u turn and bring it right back. She had to stop the guys in their car because they were about to leave for the day. She explains the front end is wobbling. So Jordan gets in the car to drive it, and that's when my mom and I notice the front right tire is almost about to fall off. They didn't tighten any of the lug nuts! One of them had fallen off on the road before she had turned around. Now if she would have gotten down the road a ways that whole wheel would have came off, most likely causing a wreck, and could have gotten her and my nephew in that car killed or seriously injured, not to mention any bystanders caught in the cross hairs. I know lug nuts don't just completely loosen that much in such a tiny distance. He then tries to tell me that he personally drove it and didn't notice any problems. Which felt like a slap to the face because he just straight lied to me. An experienced mechanic drove that car and couldn't tell how bad the whole front end wobbled. I don't buy that. After he had to replace 2 of the lug nuts, and tighten not just all of them on that wheel, but also on the left side too, he told me it sometimes just happens that they come loose. No, not that loose where they fall off. So not only did he lie straight to me, he then tried making excuses for his unsatisfactory, life threatening neglect of the work he did. Or didnt do I should say. I am currently trying to get in contact with "Roy" the owner. Apparently Jordan, who works there, and also the other mechanic have no idea how to reach the owner. And there is no manager they report to because he quit. If anyone actually read this whole review and can give me advice on how to contact to owner of this garage I would be grateful.
