I could not be more pleased and impressed by Scott and RPM Automotive! Terrific service, courtesy, and price. Let me tell you my experience: I took my 2011 Malibu to the Chevy dealership in Glen Burnie when it hit 100,000k miles for that maintenance milestone. While working on it, they let me know that my exhaust manifold was cracked (my car was rumbling like a dang boat), and wanted to charge an arm and a leg to fix it. I balked and started looking for alternative mechanics. Called Scott, who said he'd do it for 1/3 of the dealership quote, just had to order the parts he needed. 3 days later I dropped off my car overnight for the service, only for Scott to call first-thing in the morning to say that, unfortunately, the parts hadn't been delivered on time. No big deal, we can reschedule, and did so. A few days later, the work (which included some unforeseen issues with the mounting brackets) was done perfectly, AND for less than originally expected. He put in extra hours, costing him time and money, to get the work done on the same day. Scott's got a customer for life - and the car sounds better than it has in years.
