Set an appointment last week for today. The guy in front desk even took my information. When I called to confirm, I was told the "shop is closed"! All this time, anticipating the appointment, i could have been notified!

I've been taking my Panamera S to John and Colin for over 5 years and they are the best. True experts in their field and their rates are very reasonable compared to others. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a Porsche/High performance vehicle.

John & Colin are an amazing father/son team. I have used them for service work as well as race track related work for my Porsche 911 and Cayenne. Every experience has been great. You will not be disappointed!

Came in for a wheel alignment with custom specs. The rear was able to be adjusted, but the technician had trouble with the front due to my camber bolts. My wheel spindle had a spline bolt and a camber bolt in it, and he said it couldn't be adjusted with the spline in. I asked him to rotate the camber bolt tab 180 and try again, but he couldn't get it to work. He told me that the tab on the camber bolt doesn't actually do anything. He suggested I take the bolt out to grind the spline off, and to try it again another day. It made sense from what he said, but it also didn't, so I called Ford, and they told me whatever I do, I shouldn't grind the spline bolt and that the spindle should move with it in. They ended up charging me $100 to adjust the rear...I took it home and flipped the camber bolt tab myself and proved that the spindle can rotate with the spline bolt in. Eventually, I took it to another shop instead and they were able to get everything adjusted within 30mins - I should've just went to this shop initially...
