Roger is a true professional! I have been shopping around for a professional company to change my brakes and rotors, but every service I contacted were giving me an outrageous price range. I came across RT Tire & Brakes Mobile Service and was immediately impressed with the great reviews and a professional website. I contacted the company yesterday about the service I needed. Roger gave me an amazing quote and informed me that I needed to get the parts. I ordered the parts, called him back to schedule a service for the following day. Today, he contacted me this morning to make sure we were set. When my timing had to change, he was understanding and also informed me about an appointment he had set before my call the previous night. We scheduled a time and he was prompt, arriving early. He put on my new brakes and rotors in about 1 1/2 hour for all four tires, in the freezing cold! Roger was thorough in his explanation about my tire rotation and what was the best option. He did not try to upsell me on anything. He's informative and efficient! Even when I gave him over the quoted price, a tip, he informed me of the original quoted price, and I informed him that it was a tip. This shows you how honest he is which I truly appreciate!
