My 2009 Toyota Prius was stuck in neutral and they diagnosed and repaired the wiring well within 24 hours after AAA towed my car to their locatIon. Along with that service, they added an oil change, oil and air filter, repaired a tire leak, replaced a belt, and replaced the wiper blades. I appreciated a noontime notification call, but couldn’t take it at the time. I made several followup calls about my car’s problem and status and heard from them a couple hours later. Did not receive a call when the car was ready for pickup, so I walked to the site around 7pm. Paid my bill. Three percent service charge for paying with credit; if I hadn’t been in a time crunch, I would have dashed to the bank to pay cash. Next time I will be clearer about my communication needs. Happy with the work.

Normally I take my car to a trusted garage about 40 miles out of the way. Sometimes you need to find someone closer. Mike took great care of my car. He's clearly an expert -- explained everything. Thorough job. Fair price. It's nice to find quality service close to home. Thank you Ruxton Car Care, we will be back!

Buyer beware. Very disappointing experience. They provided estimate >$1,500 after paying $129 diagnostic “fee”. $450 replace entire headlight assembly. $1,100 A/C condenser. They claimed they couldn't get spring to hold headlight bulb so I needed entire assembly. Took my truck & left. I bought pack of 8 headlight springs online for $8 & a bulb @ AutoZone for $32. DYI fix in

Brought car for A/C work, new brakes & rotors, oil change & tire rotation. Fixed the A/C, but didn't change the rotors, just pad slapped them. Didn't rotate my tires, I had them marked to verify they were rotated, but charged me for it. I didn't call him out because I've learned that never goes well with mechanics and it usually devolves into a huge fight. 2 stars since the A/C has been good since he touched it. I would not go back.
