After having issues with a garage we dealt with for 20+ years because of an ownership change it was time to find a new garage. We could not be more pleased. What a fair stand up guy. Great work and made you feel comfortable letting you car with them. We have a handicap van that broke down just before Thanksgiving. I was so worried we would not get it back in time for Thanksgiving. We have a wheelchair family member who would not have been able to join everyone for the holiday. He kept his promise van was fixed even a day earlier than expected and I can tell you there will be smiles and great memories being made at our thanksgiving table this year. This garage is one more thing to be thankful for this year.

I informed them what issue was with my truck. He said we have done a few of these and heres what i recommend you buy and truck will run like new and we can have you done in a few days,I was very excited to have problem fixed.I then ordered the rebuild kit that they told me to buy where to get it etc, have pics on my phone of him holding his phone as to such parts.I drop off truck and parts couldnt wait to get my truck back.Several days later i get a phone call from them saying they broke the cam pin on truck and they would need to have new one made and would work quickly to get truck finished.I give them days before before calling to allow time to fix issue.I call shop voicemail says they are on vacation for several days. The following week they call and say everything is done runs awesome,we drove it 50 miles, sounds great now you need to get it tuned.I leave with truck did not run right at all i assumed it was the "tuned" part.all the sudden cylinder 8 misfire,I call and ask if they put new sparkplugs on truck,I was told no we didnt touch spark plugs,so i go out on my own and put plugs in truck, still cylinder 8 misfire.I try calling them no answer for several days,I am beyond upset ,dissapointed and confused.I decided to take truck to get "the tune" and that's when i found out that they caused more issues with truck.the shop that currently has it said they cant tune it with cyl 8 misfire and they would recommend having it fix first as anyone would be i was beyond heated. When they broke cam pin it destroyed other parts. They claim they took engine back apart to address issue, well when they had to do a second time not only were the new parts i bought not all in engine because i know they didnt buy same stuff again,so i have no clue what parts went into the truck the 2nd time due to my curiosity i called the place i bought kit from to see if this shop reordered same parts that were damaged, they used copper spray gasket sealer, which is NOT recommend by dealer, multiple vacuum lines not attached, still have misfire and learning about new problems but the day. When i called to address this issue they blamed it on faulty parts which i bought brand new from where they told me to,all parts were brand new, then they wrecked cam, rebuilt what they messed up halfway, never replaced the new parts ,instead put band-aid on , allowed a vehicle to leave their shop knowing what they did only running on 7cyl.When i did finally get ahold of them they asked why i didnt bring it back to them , well a 4 day job is now on week 3 i still dont have a properly fixed vehicle and now out almost 3500 needless to say im infuriated.I gave them the opportunity to fix it right the 1st time and 2nd time they bombed the motor .I finally get truck back after paying another shop 2400.00 more to correct everything.I have pictures videos and a list of problems. The other shop has been documenting everything. to add to the complaint that it has a 2 bent exhaust valve on #8 90% leak down on that cylinder Based on leak down test from my mechanic They clearly didnt replace and or all of the valves when this interference motor started to beat its self up when there cam gear installation caused a pin failure He say this is normally due to inproper removal and install of camgear and inproper torquing. This problem could have been avoided.the 1 engine bank has to be Removed and reinstalled with a new valve installed hoping the valve guide wasnt effected.Heater hoses leaning on headers ,vacuum lines not connected another bent valve.Im at a loss for words. Not once during phone calls when i was complaining or asking questions did they say bring it back lets look at It was get it tuned.Sorry but in my experience why would you allow a vehicle not running correctly to leave the shop in 1st place.Thank god i was smart enough to take pics of mileage from when i dropped it off till i finally had it back So unless you want to travel down same legal battle road im about to embark on along with numerous other reports.but im the bad guy for being upset

I wanted to find a mechanic just like this! It’s not often I trust a mechanic to do a phenomenal job, but these guys 100% do. From scheduling a time to fit me in, to getting a complex job done quickly, these gentlemen gave me the best customer and business service I could have asked for. I will be using Ryan’s for any future needs!

I have done business with Ryan for years before he had a shop. I was in the car business for 2 decades and my car broke down on Buchanan's lot and they couldn't get a mechanic to figure how to fix it. I called Ryan on Facebook 10 mins and $40 later fixed. If you feel uncomfortable taking your car to a mechanic because of a BAD experience. Then go see Ryan I can guarantee a fair price, a true evaluation of your car, and the best experience.

Was talking to Ryan bout getting a full exhaust System done. He got it in done for what he estimated me for and Finished before the estimated time. Very professional great work and he even cut me some slack and ordered a already made tail pipe instead of fabricating one himself which would of costed me labor and parts when it was cheaper to just buy a brand new tail pipe already made. 10/10 one of the best shops in town. Will definitely be using him again for projects I don’t want to tackle or cannot tackle.
