I was referred to Douglas by my trusted techs at Jiffy Lube and he picked up right away and told me I could come by right away and he’d take a look at my car. I told him how my sunroof lining came off preventing me from using for a year and Douglas made me feel so much better. He took me in right away when I arrived 5 minutes later and in about 5 after looking at it he had it fixed. I was so excited I was willing to pay him whatever he asked and he didn’t even charge me. His kindness is unheard of these days. I showed him some other areas I wanted to improve and he is already searching for the parts. I will be coming here from now on and telling all my friends and family to come here as well. They’re amazing!!!
