A good, honest auto mechanic is hard to find. 🚖 I made an appointment to get my Maryland State inspection. I told the gentleman I might need front brakes. He said they only do brakes the right way and told me what it would cost, but also said I probably didn't need brakes. I don't know what he did, but my front suspension is tightened up and I didn't have to pay for a brake job because I didn't need brakes. I am so very grateful 🙏🏾.

These guys are the best!! They are so knowledgeable, and they really take the time to explain to you what is going on, so you don't feel left in the dark. They are extremely nice and I really feel like they care about what they do and that their customers have a stellar experience. I will be using these guys for all of my automotive needs in the future. Highly recommend!!!!!!

My experience with Bill was spectacular! He was so knowledgeable, kind, and had great customer service. I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for the woman working at the front desk, Diane. Both times I came in, she was super short and rude. She spoke to me as if I didn’t have intelligence. The first time I encountered her; I came in because my passenger side door wasn’t closing properly after I had an inspection done at this location. My door was closing correctly before then. I stated that maybe when my car was on a machine or something, maybe my door got knocked out of a place a little. She told me it did not happen at this shop. And proceeded to argue with me about what happened to my car. I came two days later after my inspection and hadn’t driven it since. I asked to speak with Bill and he fixed it so quickly! He even reaffirmed what I was saying by saying when my car was getting worked on, parts can shift a little if they’re cheaply made. He was great! I’m glad I didn’t leave like she was trying to get me to do. The second encounter was when I came to show proof of the corrections I made on my car after my failed inspection. I let Diane know I was there to “check the items off my list” that I fixed. She said in a very snarky way “you’re here to show you got your car fixed”. I told her that’s what I mean when I say “checked item off the list”. She then repeats again what she the first time. How rude. I wasn’t in a bad mood either time. I was kind had a smile and was respectful. I was wanting this shop to become my home shop since I just moved here from North Carolina. But I will not. She had absolutely no hospitality toward me or respect. What a disappointment. I could understand if I did something to her to warrant that treatment but all I did was simply walk into the shop. Bill was great and I wish I could continue services with him outside this establishment.
