Skip is such a good guy. He goes above and beyond to help us every time. Today, it was with towing after a VA company tried to jerk us around. We are so happy to support our local PG county businesses and we appreciate the additional support. We will continue to service our BMW here. Thanks again, Skip!!!

I wish I could give him zero stars because that’s how horrible his service and customer service is! He’s very unprofessional! Skipp was rude, condescending, and disrespectful to me. I called him earlier to ask if I could either receive a partial refund/be comped in some way or to find out what my options were because the issue he “worked” on my car in May of 2024 still persists and my car repair might still be under warranty. When I tell you this grown man started YELLING at me and wouldn’t even allow me to speak so I could advocate for myself… it was sooo unprofessional. His behavior is alarming! I asked a simple question and also let him know that the auto shop I took my car to advised me that the caliper put on by him was likely was faulty, and he completely lost his marbles on the phone. I also feel that he purposely overcharged me for the “repair” on my car because I took my car to a car shop and they’re not even quoting me what he charged me to “fix” my car. He installed a new caliper on my front right tire/wheel and not even a full year later I can’t even drive my vehicle without this shaking and vibrating persisting—which is dangerous. I went back to his shop in October 2024 because I was still having the same issue and he ended up balancing my tire/wheel… but at that time I was still having the same issue. I had a horrible experience with him as a customer and want to warn women especially to not trust his work. He didn’t help me and got hella money out of me and now I have to pay for the same issue to be fixed at a different shop. He also had no empathy for the fact that I kept calling him about the same issue. -1 out of 10

Skip for the most part does the job that he says he will do, they are not cheap. Although more reasonable than dealership. Fixed my non working AC for $285. I think he fixed some leaks and replaced an O ring. I had an engine swap done here, about $8000. Plus transmission filter and fluid replacement another $600. Went back for another check engine light issue, he replaced a bunch of fuel system components with cost another $1000. Only reason its a 3 star not 4 star? He keeps telling me "its not about the money, its about the service". I think it really is about the money, which I can't blame anyone, just wish car repair can be more affordable. I am able to do some small repairs and maintenance on the car myself, I generally would save hundreds, even up to $1000 doing it on my own. But of course don't have tools or skills for every job.

I’ve always had exceptional service from Skip, Justin and the whole team for the last 10+ years. I always feel taken care of and repairs are completed swiftly. I service all of my vehicles (personal and business) here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Trust and honesty are the traits I value the most and I found that at S-Technic.
