I have taken multiple vehicles in for Maryland state inspections and was pleased with the service. One did fail inspection and needed repairs and the state inspection report provides details on the reason for failure. We all know repairs are expensive, even small repairs. I did some research and made a few calls to get estimates for it would cost for the repair and found Saab Auto Garage to be near the best price (total cost for parts and labor). I am pleased with the repair and it actually did have a positive noticeable difference when driving. I will return to this location for inspections and repairs (I would prefer not to need more repairs though!).

I can’t say enough good things about this auto repair shop. I drive 30-45 minutes from my home to get any work done on my car, and it’s worth every mile. As a single mom of four and a primary teacher, I have to be careful with my budget, and I’ve had my fair share of experiences with other mechanic shops where I either overpaid or received poor service. Here, I can say with 100% certainty that the owners are trustworthy, thorough, and quick. They genuinely care about their customers and do exceptional work at fair prices. I finally feel secure knowing my car is in the hands of honest professionals, and this is the only place I’ll go for all my auto repair needs. Highly recommend!

Friday I woke up to a shredded tire... drove it to Saab and Paul hooked me up!! Couldn't find my wheel lock key so asked him to remove it without and he was honest and told me that doing that may cause damage to my rim. I was fine with that ... when i called to see if it was ready.. .. Paul said its ready and he didn't even damage my rim! He is so nice and 100% cares about his customers and is honest, and provides the same service as if it was his own car!! He knows his stuff!!!! I wanted to share to show how much I appreciate his service!! Thanks Paul!!!!
