My overall experience with Safelite was Amazing!!! From atart to finish they made it seamless for me. From the inital phone call made ,the manager and the team answered all my questions, was very professional, had a great attitude, as well my technician Samuel was simply Amazing too!!! Yes my truck front windshield had a rock hit my windshield which cracked as well the cold temperatures made it worse and cracked it all thru the windshield. So Safelite was able to provide me with a in shop appointment or mobile which i choose in shop. This Safelite Auto Glass shop has the most experienced technicians so thank you again for making my experience the best!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Thus Safelite Auto glass shop to everyone!!!

Scheduling was very easy with an option to go to a Safelite location or have them come to me. I opted to have them come to my home. As is typical with home appointments, I was given options for a morning or afternoon window and I opted for 1-6PM. Unfortunately, I ended up as the last appointment of the day with my service tech not arriving until 5:40PM. Tyler got started immediately and was done a little before 7PM. Tyler was very friendly, efficient, and, though it was not necessary, he apologized for arriving so late in the service window. I obtained multiple quotes for replacing my windshield and Safelite was, by far, the least expensive, even with additional services such as wiper replacement and rain repellant treatment.

I've had service done once before a few years back on my Nissan Quest and it was exceptional, which is why it's 3/5 for me bc I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. I think this just was a bad go of it this time around. This go around was bumpy and clunky. Scheduled an appt but then I receive a text saying it was "unscheduled" by Safelite due to an issue with the part in transit but no ETA. Ok, things happen but no follow up to offer to get it rescheduled? I had to keep attempting to get it rescheduled over the course of a few days. Got it scheduled, cool, no issues if I can just get it fixed. I'm thankful to have window eventually replaced 8 days later but the tech failed to vacuum the shards of glass out of the backseat, where my kids sit after he disassembled the broken rear quarter window. Also, lots of glass shards all over my driveway and under my back tire. In all fairness, it was a lot of money to spend to have this frustration. I'm glad we saw the glass in the backseat in time before my son climbed in earlier. Come on guys, can't be having that. Customers trust this will be cleaned up. What would have happened if a little one cut themselves?

Safelite auto glass replacement on my 2012 BMW 535i XDrive went off without a problem. Tyler the installer arrived on time, was super courteous and answered the million and one questions I had. Tyler was efficient, professional, clean and meticulous in the removal and replacement of the glass. I would highly recommend him and safelite the next time you need a replacement windshield installed.

He arrived right on time, walked me through the entire windshield replacement process, and made sure I understood what to expect. Tyler worked efficiently but with great attention to detail—my truck’s new windshield looks perfect. He treated my vehicle with care, kept the workspace neat, and even gave helpful tips for taking care of the new glass. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it absolutely shows in the final result. If you get the chance to work with Tyler, you’re in excellent hands.
