I used to have positive experiences with this establishment when I initially started taking my cars there. I found them to be fair and honest in the early days. However, as their business expanded, I noticed inconsistencies in how they treated customers, handled pricing, and performed their work. The growing sense of being overcharged led me to cease using their services. Recently, I sent my daughter with her used car for a tire repair, and they offered to conduct an MVA inspection since it was necessary. To my surprise, they failed the car for multiple reasons. The estimate, which took them two days to prepare, came back with a hefty $4,000 for all the suggested repairs. When I reached out to the previous owner of the car, he provided documentation indicating that the reasons for failure were merely an attempt to scam me for additional money. It's disheartening to see that such practices. I will not be going back.
