Your dealership have done a good job of fixing a TSB related issue with my 4Runner. I expected it to take some time but you guys at Safford Brown did it at a short amount of time. Great job to all of you at Safford Brown Toyota.

My experience with this facility was not good. Call center employees are not fully informed on what services the dealership actually offers, they only make appointments. I informed them that my transmission was having issues and I needed help determining what the issue was. I informed this to the call center and the individual who checked me in for my appointment. After 20 minutes later I was informed that my transmission was the issue and that the only service they can provide is a replacement. So they do not actually provide fixing services to transmissions, they can only tell you it's the problem and replace it. I knew the transmission was the problem. That's why I was there! So it cost me $600 between services and towing for them to tell me what I already told them. They could have told me from the start that they do not service transmissions they only replace them if its found to be the problem. It was very frustrating and a huge waste of time, money, and energy dealing with their incompetence. Additionally, I informed them multiple times I will not be using them anymore for services and they STILL insisted on trying to sell me stuff. It's very disappointing and I will not be going back there.

Very friendly and reliable staff. From beginning to end I was met with a smile. The staff kept me up to date on my car and I never felt “oversold” instead I left well informed.

Mr.Kevin explained everything and every single detail of what's going on with the recall fix, 50,000 check and maintenance and new tires! Was happy even though it took 6 hours. But overall I'm glad instead of coming back another day!
