I love that they work with Enterprise and have rentals ready for pickup just outside. Quick and easy. Very responsive to emails and quick to fix any issue that you may have. They are better at email replies than any other location I have been too. Very detailed in explaining delays and any issues with backorder parts.

The only certified Tesla repair shop I can find with ease they do link with USAA so that’s a major benefit. Also just wanted to shout out the shop for being ever so compassionate towards my life situations. They not only held my car for a month but they didn’t charge me a cent and storage fees because they’re an amazing shop. Absolutely phenomenal job done on my bmw. The paint and body looks better than when I purchased the car. From the front desk person (I cannot remember her name, she was quite entertaining and energetic 😊) to everyone there, they were very helpful, down to earth and flat out professionals. Someone had side swiped my car, damaging the rear and front driver side door, along with the front quarter panel, and side skirt. My advisors name was John and he made sure I knew what was happening each step. Things got a little funky when the other persons insurance did not want to cover the cost for brand new parts to be installed on my car… unfortunately I had to come out of pocket because Geico refused to pay out for brand new parts. John did his best and worked with me to keep my out of pocket expenses to a minimum. I highly recommend anyone that needs body work done to your bmw or Tesla to come here. Be aware that the BMW repair shop DOES NOT put used parts on your car, so be prepared to battle with the insurance company or come out of pocket to cover the difference.
