What a shame. My car overheated and I took it to this shop to get it fixed. Not only were they overpriced, but the attitude from the staff was completely unprofessional. When I had a friend go pick up the car, he had to call one guy who said he was “too busy,” and then had to call another just to get the keys total disorganization.To make matters worse, after paying and taking the car, I discovered they didn’t put any of the panels back — both top and bottom parts are missing. How do you return a car like that and think it’s acceptable? Missing parts, poor communication, and no accountability. Just completely unacceptable. Won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Abraham, Sam and the crew here at Sam's Auto are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I had just purchased a vehicle not even 2 months ago, and no sooner than I had bought it, I had accidentally scratched and dented it on hidden curb! :( Though it wasn't super noticeable, it bothered me and I wanted to find someone who could fix it so my car could look new again. I happened to visit Auto Zone in Columbia one day and a young man referred me to Sam's Auto Body where he went for all his car body and paint work if ever got a ding or two on his car. He spoke very highly of the place and no sooner than he told me about Sam's body shop I made a drive over there right away! As soon as I got there I met the owner, Sam, he was so nice, warm and friendly. I told him about my situation and the frustration I had with my car having been partially damaged upon me just having purchased it, even getting a little teary eyed about it all, and he not only comforted me but reassured me that he would do all he could to help me! He then referred me to his Body Shop manager Abraham who was just as nice, flexible, communicative and who provided me a reasonable quote on the work! A couple weeks later, last Friday 9/16/22, I then came in for an appointment with Abraham and his crew. I went in around 10am and was able to stay with my car as my car was next to near perfect within a couple of hours! Not only did Abraham, Alex and Bladamir and the rest of the crew who worked on my car do an EXCELLENT job! They were also so kind, courteous, and friendly and seemed to really care about me and value me as a new customer! I have never experienced such excellent service at an auto repair shop but Sam's Auto Body shop and the staff there exceeded my expectations! Not only did I leave out there with a smile! But my car looks absolutely gorgeous again, even better than it bought it from the shop! Abraham even followed up with me a few days later to see how things were and to make sure I was still satisfied with the job! I more than blessed by what they did! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Abraham, Sam and the rest of the great fellows at your shop! I will definitely be taking my car in for other services and referring others to you in the area! You all made my day! God bless you all and keep up the WONDERFUL work!

Oh. My. Goodness. I am so pleased with Sam's Auto Body repair! Perfect job on the back of my car! I shopped around until a friend recommended this place; word of mouth is always best. (I tend not to trust online reviews as anyone can write them...) I was a little skeptical at first because their price was so low compared to other places in the neighborhood but I will from now on recommend them to everyone! Thank you Sam's ♥️♥️.
