Had an 8am appointment for my tires, the person that was supposed to check me in ‘over slept’ I arrived at 7:55am and I they couldn’t take my car in until 8:45am. They called the front desk person severally but he never answered the phone and never showed up. I hope they fired whoever it is.Terrible, I will not be renewing my membership after this. I already didn’t have a good experience with my brand new tires. This is the 3rd appointment I had to make because the tires keep loosing air. The technicians are unqualified, they installed my tire inside out which is a safety issue.

Had tires sold to me that weren't rated for my van. Was told they did and I purchased them on Saturday and had an appointment to put them on the following Tuesday. Get there at the time I was appointed and they took my keys to get my van on a lift. Get a call 15 minutes later asking me to come to the service desk. The technician who was working on my van seen that the tires that were sold to me didn't have the proper load rating, so the tires were unsafe for use on my vehicle. I asked the technician what can be done he tried to find some tires close to the price I paid for the others. The only tires in stock he had would have cost me $300 more than what I paid. I ask to speak to someone because I purchased these tires giving the person who helped me that Saturday all my vehicle info and even asked if they were "LT" tires and was told yes. So the technician went and talked to someone and this person came to the service desk with a cell phone in her hand with someone on their who they called "coach" the phone was on speaker and I could hear the man on the phone who had a heavy accent. But what I heard made me angry. Coach Koba I guess that's what his name is said that ITS MY FAULT FOR THINKING TIRES FOR MY VAN WOULD BE THAT CHEAP. Also there wasn't anything he could do to compensate me for purchasing and coming in to get the tires put on. I was about to get the tires but after hearing him say that I will never buy any tires or batteries from this Sam's club again. It's my fault that I gave an employee who works there my vehicle info and thought I got a good deal only to be told that it's my fault for thinking like that. I appreciate the tech for seeing that the tires weren't right. But everyone else needs to learn what different vehicles tire needs are or get trained better. Also coach koba or whatever his name is need to get up out of there for real. For now on Costco got my business and I will pass the word to my family and friends about this situation.

I am a member from sams club, i made an appointment to have the tires of my car replaced, i got to the front desk and the guy in there did not even ask if i needed help, he looked like he didnt want to be there, until i asked him and started being rude.

I recently visit Sams Club #06434 for tire services. I must say, my initial impression was not the best. However, Kenya and Shawn are phenomenal leaders. They take a classical approach to customer service, which means "the customer comes first, and is always right." Their attitude of service made me feel that Sams has my best interest, and I will be taken care of in the event that I am unsatisfied. Thanks Kenya and Shawn for setting the standard, and creating an environment of trust and equity during a time when so many companies seek to take advantage of the consumer.
