This man and his inexperienced boys knocked my engine (only for oil change, and they did not replace the dipstick). I complained to him, instead, he lied that my car came without dipstick 😆 and/or that I bought the wrong oil. Prior, they replaced my break pads but didn’t fasten the front right bolts tightly. After 2 days , I noticed 3 or the 5 bolts have fallen of on the way remaining just 2. If I hadn’t noticed, I wonder where I would have been now. Well, I have filled a complaint against him with the consumer protection department of the attorney General’s office. He’s a menace to the society and should not be allowed to continue. He has duty of care to vehicles, but he’s negligent, incompetent and erratic.

Hey, Be very careful using this company, owner was on vacation and worked with Oga who filled in for the owner. Needed an alternator, he stated total would be approximately $510 parts and labor. Oga claimed he completed the work, a couple of days later I was getting a clicking noise, took it to another dealer and they stated the alternator need to be replaced and the belt. Contacted samsoms auto repair company Oga and stated must been a bad part. Drove back to repair shop and owner no where to be found and won't answer the phone, Oga says he won't be in until 630 pm. Not a way to do business. Let's see if the owner will contact me to fix this issue. Just saying please check your car's and be very careful who you dealing with. Sad when people gets over on you, but Karma hits hard. So I'm out of $500 plus have to get another alternator. Wow Sad
