DO NOT COME HERE. I came to get my car windows tinted, and this was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I arrived around 1:30 PM and waited about two hours for my car to be ready. When it was finally done, I was told they don't accept Apple Pay by something that should have been mentioned before the service was done but that was fine. The only options were cash or entering my card details manually. When the worker (Peter) entered my card details, it kept saying "declined," even though I knew there was no issue with my card. He retried about 6 more times and kept insisting I call my bank, even though I wasn't receiving any email rejection. I asked if I could enter my card number myself, and after a long argument, he finally allowed me to but positioned the machine where I could barely see. When I did it myself, the transaction went through immediately, proving the issue wasn't on my end. However, I accidentally entered $1.60 instead of $160, and when I tried to fix it and re-enter the correct amount ($160 with $9.60 tax he said later), he started complaining and told me I wasn't allowed to touch the machine. By this point, I had been there for over three hours. I pointed out that the problem earlier was because he kept entering "yes" to the question "is the card present," which caused it to decline. When I showed him that, instead of admitting his mistake, he got defensive and more difficult to deal with. Eventually, I had to call my cousin to come and pay with her card just to end this mess. When she arrived, he suddenly asked for her driver's license something he never asked me for when I was the one bringing my car, full name, and showed him that, instead of admitting his mistake, he got defensive and more difficult to deal with. I walked out frustrated and disappointed after wasting nearly four hours over a simple payment issue. This was a complete waste of my time and an unprofessional experience. Poor communication, lack of honesty, and unnecessary attitude. Never again. He responds very rudely to customer calls

Went there in April for breaks. He did extra work I told him I could not pay for just do the brakes and rotors. Had to still pay for work because he did it. Then a month later my wheel comes off as I’m driving because I have nuts missing all of a sudden. Luckily I’m alive but messed up the front of my car. Able to get the take nuts off the other tires just to get home just for it to happen again but now the whole peg for the tire to stay on is broken. That’s gonna cost me.

If you are reading this and you go here for work on your car after your tripping they ruined the electrical on my brand new car all I had was routine tune up I had no problems with the car before. Then they told me to get it towed there and the would fix it then tried to charge me another 300 dollars .. so that’s about 600 plus 300 in tows to fix something that had no problem before I can here , I have proof I was here twice even though the second time they refused to give me paperwork. And no the problem never got fixed. Had to go to another mechanic and they told me I got scammed

I would give this place "-0" Stars if I could. I called ahead and asked about tinting my Feont Windshield. I told them I had an "Eyebrow" already on it. I was quoted $120. I show up today. They were tinting a car, Peter told me it would be at least and hour. I said ok. I called in an hour he said they almost finished. I came in and he was outside and told me he would be right with me. I sat there for another hour waiting. Then someone comes in and wants their car done. He puts them ahead of me. I ask what's up. He then tells me to take eyebrow off and do windshield it would be $170. I was like that's not what you quoted me, he said he didn't understand what I said before. I was like I have been waiting what are you gonna do for me waiting all this time. He said nothing. I can pulkituer car out and put you in.... NO discount, NO apology, NO Nothing. Take your car somewhere else they are either gonna lie to you or add more to price quoted.

Service requested and the quality... the quality is not good... i had my car serviced here and they kept the car for 5 days. They said the thermostat needed to be replace and coolant and the reason why it was taking so long was due to car being a brand new Mazda they were waiting for the parts. This was back in September 2024. It is now winter and my Coolant level in my car is starting to Rise and fall and sending signals to my car that my coolant is overheating.... This is clearly unacceptable! I took it to the Mazda dealership and this what they stated..... stay away from this place if you need anything done to your car internally... they are amazing with fixing brakes and tires but leave the rest to the actual dealers
