I have found my mechanic for life!! I traveled from Baltimore (Owings Mills) to Scanlan's when my car needs work done because they're absolutely amazing. Mike was honest, and the prices are great. The ladies in the office were great too. Everyone was very professional and very friendly. Thank you so much for everything and most importantly thank you for doing honest work.

It's always a challenge to find a mechanic I trust, but these guys have never done me wrong. My father-in-law recommended them back when I bought my first car. For decades, I have trusted them with all my car issues. Time and time again they have given me excellent personal service in a timely fashion. They take the time to talk through all the repairs with me before any work is actually done, and they charge honest prices. They stand behind their work. I have never been disappointed and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

As I work to expand my business I was looking for qualified competent individuals. Rating looked good so I said maybe I can get a transmission done. Maybe their only used to dealing with companies but I was ready to do business to try them out. But when I am calling some of the females in the office could take customers service lessons. Maybe family run is not always a good thing. Since giggling sounding sarcastic is appropriate to them without knowing what deal was already negotiated and talked on. Sounding like they think the customer is stupid. Well I just took my business somewhere else no time for that type of foolishness I'm sure they must not think it will be missed.
