Schafer’s Restorations is absolutely top-notch! I can’t say enough good things about them. My husband's military jeep (M151 A1) which he inherited from his father who passed last December was in rough shape, but with this vehicle that holds so many amazing memories and sentimental value, we were determined to help find someone who is knowledgeable enough to bring her back to life and help us make road-safe. Their attention to detail and expertise were outstanding. The whole process from start to finish was smooth, The entire staff really took the time to listen to what we were looking for, explain everything they were doing as well as everything throughout the process…but most importantly, they were so honest and genuine every step of the way, gave us recommendations and ALWAYS asked and gave us the pros and cons before doing anything to make sure it was okay and we were comfortable moving forward. They clearly love and care about what they do as well as their customers…Seeing my husband’s eyes light up today like he was a kid again was worth every penny! Thank you all for allowing us to pass on more beautiful memories to the next generation!…If you need any kind of vehicle restoration, I highly recommend Schafer’s.

Recently had some very delicate trim work completed by Schafer’s Restorations. Stephanie was phenomenal in managing all of the details of the appointment and readily answering all of my questions before, during, and after the job. Excellent communication from start to finish! Also incredibly satisfied with the results of the work and install Mike performed. As a first time customer felt very comfortable trusting him to do the work after meeting with him and sensing his passion for his work. Can’t wait to go back and have more done!

Mike came to my house and gave a written estimate of building me a nice driver. After spending double of what he quoted. And the body still not completely painted. He couldn't tell me what it would cost to finish the till I said I had to borrow money to finish the car. Then it was going to be just over $31,000 on top of the $68k spent. This is on top of my paying for the engine rebuild, all the parts excluding the 4 wheel brake and tubular control arm conversion. So I say, beware of what he tells. I will never trust him again.
