SDR is the best!! Customer service was out of this world, Shemon Jim and the other young lady at the front desk were awesome. They were very polite, helpful, and made sure to accommodate me when enterprise messed up my reservation. Shemon actually dropped me off to Enterprise to keep me from waiting loner since Enterprise had no one to pick us up. I was very pleased with my vehicle repair and it was ready way before the promised date. 5 star service.

Thank you to the entire team. I started off with a wonderful greeting at the front desk. They then moved me into a space with someone that was eager to smile and understand what my needs were. I was very upset when I first came into the building with major concerns however, everyone reassured me that the work would be done in a timely manner and it would be an easy process. Everyone was great and my new HRV look like brand new when they finished!✅

I do not typically write negative reviews, but my experience with SDR warrants honest feedback. Communication throughout this repair process was consistently poor. I dropped my vehicle off on 12/24/2025 for vandalism-related scratch repairs. I was notified that the vehicle was ready for pickup around 6:30 PM on 12/31/2025 (New Year’s Eve). Upon inspection in low-light conditions, it was immediately apparent that only part of the agreed-upon repairs had been completed. I left the vehicle with SDR again after being assured the remaining damage would be properly addressed. However, when I returned on 1/16/2026, after being told the vehicle was “good to go,” there were still visible scratches that had not been repaired. At that time, I was informed— for the first time —that a required part was on backorder. This information was never communicated to me prior to my arrival. Delays and parts issues are understandable; lack of transparency is not. The repeated failure to communicate accurate status updates resulted in unnecessary trips, wasted time, and significant frustration. I strongly recommend that SDR improve its communication practices and quality control before notifying customers that their vehicles are ready for pickup.

My truck was in repair at S. D. R. For lil over two weeks. I went to pick it up when they texted and said it was ready. Get there they hand me the keys “ok it’s right outside on the left or right”. My answer was “ok no one is going to go over the repairs with me?” “Oh yes if you’d like someone to”. Hence the reason trying to push me out the door. Me and collision manager go outside and OMG! The parts that were placed on my truck did not line up nor fit on my truck. There were gaps everywhere where a part was replaced. I asked”and you approved this” manager says “well no I don’t do the repairs but the guy should’ve called me to your truck for this”. You THINK⁉️ I asked for the rental car keys back and said call me when you get it figured out. Again they haven’t reached out to me yet…it’s been 4 days. They only reach out via text. They also have POOR COMMUNICATION.
