If your auto repair needs fall under the umbrella of Sensi’s expertise, look no further for a team of reliable, knowledgeable and polite professionals with a first class embrace of their trade. Their superior diagnostic equipment saved me from having a starter replacement that was otherwise recommended by Auto Zone in an effort to refuse warranty replacement of a faulty battery. Don at Sensi Auto Technologies was extremely detailed and took a tremendous amount of time to research, diagnose, and take corrective action on an issue with my sunroof draining properly that hadn't been corrected with four previous attempts at other auto repair facilities. I brought my car to Sensi Auto Technologies after dealing with a scary issue. My vehicle would randomly slow down, for no apparent reason, while on the highway, when the road was clear, and it was becoming a real safety concern. The team at Sensi immediately understood the issue and explained it was ‘phantom braking’, how it was likely tied to my ADAS sensors needing recalibration. They ran a full diagnostic, performed the calibration with OEM-grade tools, and gave me a clear before-and-after report so I could actually see what was corrected. I felt educated and cared for! Since the service, the phantom braking has completely stopped. The car feels safe and reliable again, and I really appreciate how professional, transparent, and thorough the entire process was.
