Everything went great honestly. Check-in was pretty seamless and easy. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Didn’t have to wait too long and the car maintenance was done as expected without any issues. I couldn’t ask for more.

I was never truly a "Truck Man",...well, until I decided to research the Chevy Avalanche for hauling my 12' kayak. I mean, it was the oerfdct vehicle being it had that awesome "Mid-Gate" design. Thing is, my first one got hit by a drunk neighbor right in from of my house within about 9 months of owning it. It was later totaled by the drunk neighbor's insurance. Initially, I couldn't find another to replace the one I had, so I settled dor a nice 2017 Chevy Tahoe (Premier). Though the Tahoe was nice, ..I still yearned for another Avalanche,...and guess what, one late night I saw one at Waldorf Chevy/Cadillac dealership and I was on it the next day. The miles were right,...the price was right,...and more important, the 'deal' was right. The entire staff took care of me and I'm quite happy about doing business with them,...especially Mr. West,...a young an upcoming Salesman on their Status. Oh,...and Aaron,...one of the Used Vehicle Sales Managers. Cheers.

Outstanding Service at the Chevrolet Cadillac Service & Tire Center! I recently brought in my newly purchased 2025 Cadillac LYRIQ and 2025 Cadillac OPTIQ for tire service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about both vehicles. The service team took great care of my cars, ensuring everything was handled quickly and with attention to detail. They explained the work clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident that my vehicles were in expert hands. It’s rare these days to find a service center that combines technical excellence with genuine customer care, but this team does exactly that. The Service Manager, Antonio Gruber, was very helpful with the service I need. My automatic starter would not work properly. First we thought it was a low battery not working, however both key FOBS would not start the vehicle. Both key FOBS were replaced and both are working great at this time. Thank you Antonio for your patience and assistance.

The Service Advisor, Adam Miles was Professional and courteous. He was able to accommodate my service needs, even though the scheduled service was full. The repair part needed had to be ordered it took two days for it to be delivered and installed. The only negative evaluation I have is that the Technician didn't investigate the slow start of the vehicle after replacing the new battery cables. I took my vehicle to another dealership for a diagnosis of the problem. It was determined that I needed a new starter motor. I feel that the Technician should have caught that issue and recommended that I have a 22k service check-up on my vehicle, which the other dealership saw that I needed; these issues should have been addressed before the vehicle was released back to me.
