Excellent from start to finish. Only bad thing is pricing , but that's normal. When you pay over a $100 for a $15 filter that probably takes 5 minutes to install. If that. All personnel were awesome.

Huge thank you to Bryan and the entire auto tech team for getting my truck back on the road in less than a week. Bryan was extremely helpful, kept me informed every step of the way, and worked hard to get all the details right while keeping the price as low as possible. It truly meant a lot. Thank you to all the hands that worked on my truck—we genuinely appreciate the dedication, professionalism, and great service!

In and out in a decent time frame. I love the new setup and the staff is amazing from the front desk crew Mr. Carlos, Mrs. Eileen, mechanics and to the young lady that takes care of you when it’s time to check out. The dealership is moving in the right direction. I will always be a returning customer.🤗🥰

Service people were nice and informative BUT! I also came in there for an oil leak. I was willing to pay to get it diagnosed and fix but was told there was no leak and that oil could have been from the previous oil change. Well after a week or so after service I definitely have an oil leak. Now I have to take more time when I already took it to get it fixed. First time here and didn't fix what I asked. Just basically lied. Not the service representative but the technician. Maybe you need to look at the people fixing the cars.

After my service (oil change, fuel filter, and tire rotation), I noticed when I got home the oil change sticker was not placed in the windshield. The old one was still there. The next morning, I had a low coolant light. I filled up the coolant level but, I thought this would be something the service techs would do after the multiple point inspection. Instead I received an email listing other services that was entirely to high and I could do myself. If it wasn't for the location, I would go somewhere else! This dealership has broke my coin holder, gave me the run around on warranty work, and lost my wheel locks (which they claimed they couldn't find the socket). I want to keep using the location due to convenience but, anymore issues, then I will go somewhere else and send my complaints to GM Corporation.
