It takes a lot for me to post a review on any business good or bad. Service First has earned this rating. Had a deer strike, shopped around for a body shop and was even suggested by another body shop to come here. My experience with Dale and his guys from the start to finish was all around professional. They gave me an estimate and worked with me on timelines while keeping to them and now you wouldn't be able to tell the body work was ever needed. Best experience from any body shop I've ever had, Service First has obviously been built on honesty and quality. Thanks again.

I’m an ex body shop owner and when my new qx80 was in a collision, it was a no brainer to take my Infiniti to Service First Collision Repair. As picky as I am going to be about the repair and the refinishing since it is 3 stage, I never once had a concern taking my car there. I was absolutely correct feeling that way. The refinishing was perfect, color match, gloss and no flaws. All of the sheet metal gaps were perfect and all ADAS (Safety Features) are functioning. Not only was the repair perfect but Dale looked out for my wallet. Highly Recommend!

I need a lightbulb replaced, a price was quoted and it was outrageous. However I stopped to see how much it would cost. Dale came and looked at it said I might be able to help. He replaced the lightbulb for no charge. We still have good ppl who don’t have $$$ signs in their eyes. Thank you again you will get my service first.

I couldn’t recommend service first collision enough! My teenage boy got into a fender bender and Dale and his crew took good care of the car he hit. He was honest and helped get the cost to a reasonable price.
