This isn’t a review of direct service, But more so lack of responsibility when it comes to keeping the STTC property clean, Unfortunately. Was dropping a rideshare customer off on the property, and afterwards, my vehicle’s tire was punctured by a large metal plug sitting directly on the property. I was told by my rideshare customer beforehand that this is a common occurrence. I would highly recommend this property be evaluated to ensure that other vehicle do not have the same issue. The gentlemen at the front desk was somewhat helpful, But did not go the extra way to ensure that this would not be an issue again. This is to ALL Passerby’s entering on the property, and check the front desk to see if the issue is resolved.
