If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I had an odd but urgent issue with my car that they took the time to look at and fix for me, even though they were extremely busy. I was so incredibly grateful. They are such kind and helpful people and know what they are doing. Highly recommend!!

Went in for an oil change and ended up having to have some additional work done at a reasonable price. They got me in and out quickly and the service manager, Mike Betke, personally checked in the next day to make sure everything was in tip top condition. We will be back!

I have been taking my car to Severna Park Automotive for many years now. I have nothing but great things to say about the care they have given me and my car!! I love that they have a loaner on site and they always send a personal follow up text after a few days to make sure everything is ok. As a single woman I have felt taken advantage of in the past by other automotive shops but not this one. Highly recommend !
