Amazing, polite, respectful staff. Mr. Shamrock repairs my vehicle for me today short notice, and was honest, did not provide a price estimate because he wanted to be able to tell me what was truly wrong with my vehicle before servicing it. Thank YOU Mr. Shamrock for keeping my children and myself safe. From a young age I was told, never mix business with pleasure and being that Mr. Shamrock was one closest friends in schools father, I tried to steer clear of using him because if God forbid, something happened or wasn’t done ethically, it could cause a long time friendship that I respected and valued to possibly turn ugly. however, when my used JX35 started having issues and the gentlemen I purchased it from suggested we take it to Meinike, we were told my transmission was bad(it had a new transmission) and my 02 sensor was bad as well. They charged us 300 just so we could have some trouble shooting done and then figure out what we could and couldn’t afford, what we needed done and what would be okay to let go another month. But Meiniki essentially told us that the issue was out of there hands and told us to take the car somewhere else…. So we did. I began asking around to everyone I knew and even strangers, who’s the most honest and loyal mechanic and 8 out of 10 said Bob Shamrock. So I called and I am so glad I did! Not only was he fair and fast but he was ethical and honest! But he assured me we didn’t have transmission issues and that our issues were actually thousands of dollars less then what we were told they’d be just purchasing the transmission alone, used. I didn’t feel he was trying to haggle me for every cent I didn’t have or advantage of me because I am a woman who has very little knowledge on cars and mechanical work. I will NEVER go to another mechanic after my experience with him!! If you’re experiencing issues, call. I can promise you won’t regret it!

They were very helpful in a tight situation. All other shops wanted crazy $$ to change my battery I already purchased elsewhere. They squeezed me in between jobs and got me back on the road at a reasonable price. Thanks to Bob and his tech!
